• All COD orders require confirmation via WhatsApp or Call.
• Orders will be processed only after customer confirmation.
• If confirmation is not received, the order may be cancelled automatically.
🚚 Delivery & Payment
• Customers must pay the full order amount in cash at the time of delivery.
• Please ensure the exact amount is ready at the time of delivery to avoid inconvenience.
❌ COD Order Cancellation
• COD orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
• Repeated cancellation of COD orders may result in COD service being restricted for the customer in future.
🔄 Exchange & Return on COD Orders
• COD orders are eligible for exchange only if:
✔ Wrong product received
✔ Damaged product received
✔ Manufacturing defect
• Exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video/photo proof.
