At 14 Jewels Creative, customer satisfaction is our priority. Since many of our products are creative and handcrafted, please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

✅ Wrong product delivered
✅ Product has manufacturing defects
To be eligible for a return:
- The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- Original invoice and tags must be available.
2. Non-Returnable Products
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
❌ Customized or personalized jewellery
❌ Products damaged due to improper handling or usage
❌ Items without original packaging or tags
❌ Products purchased during clearance or special sale (unless damaged)
3. Return Process
To request a return, customers must:

- Product Details
- Clear photos or video of the issue
- Once approved, return instructions will be shared.
- Customers must safely pack the product before returning it.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
5. Replacement Policy
Customers may request a replacement instead of a refund if:
- The product is defective or damaged.
- The product is available in stock.
6. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), return shipping will be borne by 14 Jewels Creative.
- If return is requested for any other valid reason, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
- Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
8. Important Notes
- Slight variation in colour, texture, or finish due to handcrafted nature or screen resolution is not considered a defect.
- We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
